A good and effective oral hygiene

Three times a day. Brush your teeth three times a day, after meals. Indispensably: before bed and after getting up in the morning.

Toothpaste, fluoride. It is advisable to use a fluoride toothpaste to prevent tooth decay.

Brush HEAD. Proper brushing is to make short strokes, smooth and elliptical, not forgetting the gum line, the back teeth (difficult access) and the areas around the crowns of the teeth and fillings.


OFTEN CHANGE BRUSH. Experts recommend renewing your toothbrush every three months to prevent periodontal disease.

Do not forget the floss. Use dental floss daily, the best time to use it at night, since the absence of saliva during sleep favors the formation of plaque.
 
DENTIST, ONCE A YEAR. Go to the dentist once a year at least, and from an early age, since the decay can occur after you exit the first tooth.
