Winter Skin Care (Stay hydrated)

Winter air does not have wetness which causes the skin to become dry and delicate. To prevent further dry skin it’s much better drink one or two ltrs everyday. Also consume fruits and veggies and veggies like celery, oatmeal and cucumbers which have enough water content in them. These foods control your craving for food and boost the drinking habits to keep you healthy and moisturized all the day along.
